Hydraulic lift for two personal water crafts and fits up to a 23' boat. Upper lift operates on a 12 volt system with a hydraulic pump which lowers the PWC's into the water by the push of a button. Retrieving the PWC's is just as easy as launching them. The system is in great working condition. All 4 tires are new. Trailer capacity is 10,000 lbs. with the upper lift section 1,200 lbs capacity.
